Wikilinking on disambiguation pages

edit

"Don't wikilink any other words in the line, unless they may be essential to help the reader determine where they might find the information." (from Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages)#Individual entries). However, if an entry in the disambiguation page is redink (awaiting being written), then a link is appropriate to where the item is mentioned/discussed in the Wikipedia. --Bejnar 15:58, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Rio Bonito, Espírito Santo, with the request that it be verified, and a note "Santa Maria de Jetibá municipality" There is a river called the Rio Bonito flowing through Santa Maria de Jetibá municipality, and there is a dam on the river there that provides electricity. There does not seem to be a village with that name; however, there is a street in Santa Maria de Jetibá named Rio Bonito. See, for example, Santa Maria de Jetibá official website --Bejnar 23:44, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
