Death
editI removed the erroneous claim that Burton hung himself. The Oxford Dictionary of National Biography's entry for Burton discounts this unsubstantianted rumor.

– The scholar Robert Burton (1577-1640) is clearly the primary topic for "Robert Burton". A cursory Google search shows that this Burton is the only one with a Wikipedia page that shows up in the first 5 pages of results. Tenpop421 (talk) 23:38, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
