"Career" section makes non-neutral and non-factual claims about Ivy's accomplishments. Additionally, some of the content here isn't about Ivy himself but rather the AIA. See for example:
"Under Ivy's leadership since 2011, the AIA is transforming to serve the architecture profession in the 21st century. He is repositioning the AIA from its rich legacy into a proactive, responsive, and influential organization. Chief among his and the organization's goals are heightening public awareness of the value and relevance of all architects."
"AIA transforming to serve the architecture profession in the 21st century" is not objective/factual. Also not about Ivy himself.
"rich legacy" is not neutral language
"proactive, responsive, and influential organization" is not neutral language
"is positioning," from a grammatical point of view, does not describe an accomplishment.
"Chief among his and the organization's goals are heightening public awareness of the value and relevance of all architects." is not written as a fact.
