I may be unfamiliar with the copyright violation process, but after only a little bit of investigation, I've noticed that the stated publication date of the alleged original source is 10th August 2018; whereas the matching text that I presume has prompted the copyvio notice has been present on this article since at least 2009 (see Romfordian's edits over 30th June/1st July 2009).
