Question of Neutrality
editSo far, I am a major contributor to this article. The information posted is not autobiographical. I do not intend it to be an advertisement. I understand third party politicians can be controversial in a highly contested election, so I have added numerous sources in an effort to keep the POV neutral. I hope this article expands information for voters and adds an internal link/pipe for other relevant wikipedia pages. If any would like to contribute to this page, please feel free to do so. Thanks. Can you remove the references to "Clinton's bundler" and the links? According to records, Joe Liemandt's personal political campaign contributions since 1999 have been uniquely to Libertarian candidates with one exception, an Austin businessman who formed an exploratory committee to run for Congress. Also, the links are secondary-sourced from a story in The Blaze which is inaccurate at best. It calls Joe Liemandt "A major Democratic Party benefactor and Obama campaign bundler" and "a top bundler for President Barack Obama". The donation to the Obama Victory Fund is in the sole name of Andra Liemandt.
The article is potentially libellous as it insinuates that Sarvis was recruited by Democrats to throw the race to McAuliffe, and states that he is a "fake Libertarian". Cite error: There are <ref>

Redundancy
editThe first paragraph of "Professional life" is already covered in the second half of the first paragraph in "Early life and education." I think (and it's my opinion) that his teaching experience shouldn't be considered part of his professional career, at least for this article. For one, the positions were all less than a year and two of them were assistant/fellow positions according to his CV. In addition, these were academic positions associated with his education. The information fits in with the rest of the "Early life and education" section. I'd like to propose removing the first paragraph of "Professional life." Any other thoughts/opinions would be appreciated.--J.J. Wye (talk) 00:59, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- I have moved the paragraph in question to the "Early life and education" section per your comments.--JayJasper (talk) 17:19, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- It is still redundant - the information is already included in the first paragraph.--J.J. Wye (talk) 19:01, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- You are correct. It seems I did not fully understand your point. The redundant paragraph in question has now been removed.--JayJasper (talk) 19:23, 26 July 2013 (UTC)

References/Advertisement
editI've got some concern about the nature of the page. The voice sounds promotional and some of the hyperlinks are dead or do not appear to link to what they say they link to.. Dacombs (talk) 21:24, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
