- I was referring to the relevance of the person. I am not aware of any major contributions he did to the subject of cybernetics, apart from bringing the right people together for collaboration (resulting in all his books..). - With a google rate of more then 50.000, to my experience, he should be notable. The problem with these kind of scientists is however, that you need to be an expert in his field, to be able to determing which of his contributions realy are more notable then others. Are you such an expert?
- The reason why I find this person important is, because of work for the International Federation for Systems Research (IFSR) and all his editoral work around it. As president of the ISFR he helped to establish the field of systems science. - Mdd 11:22, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
