You don't get a Masters Degree from a "city" college. Under his film credits, didn't he also star in the made for tv movie, "History of the Third Reich" with Stephen Collins, John Gielgud, Blythe Danner, etc.?

--- The sentence about his portrayal of US Presidents is rather awkward and leaves the impression that he played 3 different Presidents in the one mini-series Backstairs at the White House. Not quite. In a number of TV movies and TV mini-series he portrayed: FDR in FDR: That Man in the White House (1982) and also FDR in Murrow (1986, with Daniel J. Travanti as Edward R. Murrow). Woodrow Wilson in Backstairs at the White House (1979). young Harry Truman in The Man from Independence (1974). Additionally, he played General Douglas MacArthur in The Last Bastion (1984). 71.178.242.140 (talk) 05:37, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

Robert Vaughn had an uncredited major part in the 1956 Screen Directors Playhouse: The Bitter Waters (seen on Turner Classic Movies).Sizwx (talk) 09:52, 2 May 2014 (UTC)

My movie books shows that Mr. Vaughn did indeed star in a made for TV film, about WW2 Germany, but that it was rather called "Inside the Third Reich", and with the stars you mention. (...) I had thought he played the role of the chief of the remaining humans, on the second 'Planet of the Apes Films" (of the 60's and 70's), being "Beneath the Planet of the Apes". But it was Paul Richards, an actor similar in looks... (John G. Lewis (talk) 18:36, 14 July 2014 (UTC))
