editI made some changes to this article to make it clear that Rockdale, Iowa no longer exists and is now a part of the city of Dubuque. Previously, there could be confusion over whether this is a place still existing outside of (south of) Dubuque. DBQer 20:49, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
