More work needed
editI'm posting despite the third edit conflict notice within fifteen minutes. Though the library is closed, so I cannot confirm, I want to note that I believe he worked first with the Washington Bank then the Washington branch of the Second Bank of the United States, which was involved in a scandal, possibly before his involvement. He also was involved in a controversy with Thomas Swann (attorney) whose page I just put up despite minimal or conflicting biographies, in his case quite likely because of his son's involvement with the B&O Railroad.Jweaver28 (talk) 22:21, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
