This gentleman was born in Srilanka and probably is Singaporean by nationalisation. By the way his name is written I assume he is of singhalese minority. This also somehow explains his interests and strong opinion about the LTTE. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ruguna8 (talk • contribs) 16:20, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
Questionable credibility

THE SECOND STATEMENT THAT CREDENTIALS WERE LATER WITHDRAWN IS YET ANOTHER FALSE STATEMENT.
PLEASE DO NOT USE SOURCE MATERIAL THAT IS PUBLISHED TO SLANDER WHEN BUILDING PROFILES OF INDIVIDUALS.
KINDLY VERIFY DETAILS OF PROF ROHAN GUNARATNA FROM HIS DEPARTMENT - ICPVTR, NTU, SINGAPORE.

- If we're talking about POV, a start for us would not to reinstate the woeful heading "Questionable credibility". "Criticism" can do for now, but it would be better still if that section is merged into the rest of the article. --Merbabu (talk) 20:43, 4 November 2009 (UTC)
How about appending it to the end of the main section and not having the 'Criticism' or "Questionable Credibility' sub-heading? The Consigliere (talk) 22:40, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
I've just made two small deletions: the heading (as suggested above) and the word "oftentimes" as it doesn't help the academic tone of the article. There's no way to evaluate how much is often. --Shane (talk) 06:06, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
- I agree (and accepted your suggested changes as you seem to be new). regards --Merbabu (talk) 06:48, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, yes I am new. I'm currently reading his work, and might have something to add later. --Shane (talk) 07:31, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
- Note that since you're new, on a few articles (not many) that have "pending changes" your edits will need to be accepted by established editors. I don't know too much more about it, but there are some links below in the "Pending Changes" section below. --Merbabu (talk) 07:38, 28 March 2011 (UTC)

Comments on the suitability of theis page for "Penfding changes" would be appreciated.
Please update the Queue page as appropriate.
Note that I am not involved in this project any much more than any other editor, just posting these notes since it is quite a big change, potentially
