I am Roland Dille's son and I created this page from his obituary, which I also wrote and which was drawn from my own knowledge, from my mother Beth Dille, from the Congressional Record, and from other public sources. I believe it is extremely accurate but, as it is my first Wikipedia article, I would appreciate any advice on how to rewrite it without its wholesale deletion.
