This reads like a brochure. Especially: "They knew that the effort would require years of development at unknown cost" and "a two-part white paper by Dr. Presser, which introduced ground- breaking ideas". Dr" should be removed from the names. If their degrees are relevant, their field of study and granting institutions could be mentioned.

There are no references for the Historical Development section. The only references about Role-based Assessment at all are the two-part SHRM paper by Presser herself and a nonworking link to a Presser interview article in Talent Management Magazine. While these could be used to source Presser's own comments on RBA, otherwise they amount to self-publishing, and more objective sources are needed for Wikipedia.JoeBrennan (talk) 18:46, 14 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
