editI added a little to the article but will look at it more later. There are several articles dealing with mills that I want to look at. Some are very short stubs and there may be a need to merge one or more. As far a notability there is significant historical value to mills and their history. Section removed
editI have removed a whole section from this article, about the details of milling wheat, that I did not think belonged. I have moved the whole section to Wheat flour, and titled it "Milling". --ColinFine (talk) 12:10, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
