Request for COA (diocese official Coat-of-Arms).
editPrior to posting this request, I did search at Wikimedia commons for a La Crosse COA file. If an official image is available, please upload with standard name of: Roman Catholic Diocese of La Crosse.svg. Thanks in advance. Regards, JoeHebda (talk) 03:03, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
- Greetings, User talk:Roberto221, from my watchlist, I see 22:38, 10 May 2015 Roberto221 (talk | contribs) . . (13,593 bytes) (+48) . . (added coat of arms). First of all, thankyou for this image upload. There are two concerns:
- As stated above, the majority of existing COA use a standard name as shown above: Roman Catholic Diocese of La Crosse.svg (or a few that end with .jpg).
- I see that on the image licensing it states, Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) Only used for the Diocese Wiki page. It needs Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license or similiar; so that it can be added to the Navbox Template: Roman Catholic Diocese of La Crosse and thereby appear on all of the Diocese-related article pages.
- Being on Wikipedia for slightly over one year now, I am uncertain how to handle, so I am hoping either you or another editor with more experience can lookinto these two issues. Again, thanks for your efforts. Regards, JoeHebda (talk) 17:12, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
