Necklace image isn't period
editNecklace image is not actually a roman era necklace. "This necklace is a pastiche. The carnelian beads are ancient and strung on modern gold links. The lion-head finials comprising the hook and eye clasp are reused from Greek earrings. The child's head boldly carved in a carnelian stone is set in a gold setting, which may or may not be ancient." https://art.thewalters.org/detail/23176/necklace-with-childs-head-pendant/ 2.138.164.12 (talk) 23:33, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
- Ok, thanks - zapped. There are plenty of other good images on Commons. Johnbod (talk) 01:57, 21 February 2024 (UTC)
