Plot inconsistency

edit

If Ronon became a runner because he couldn't be fed upon then why can the wraith feed on him in 503 - Broken Ties. 217.43.211.9 (talk) 00:01, 27 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I took it out. At no point did the series say he couldn't be fed on and as you pointed out, it has since been shown that isn't the case. The idea that he was immune to feeding was speculation based on a non-verbal scene where the Wraith stopped feeding on him and instead turned him into a runner. Which executive producer, Joseph Mazzolli explained on his blog was due to the Wraith being impressed with his defiance, so he changed his mind about feeding on him. In addition, the source used to back it up was second hand and taken out of context. There, it said that Ronon "apparently" is immune to feedings, not that he was. So it shouldn't have been passed off as fact here. Xaeden (talk) 05:42, 27 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Ronon's last name

edit

Where did this information come from? I don't remember ever hearing it mentioned in the series. Did somebody read it off McKay's laptop or what? BioTube 17:33, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

im pretty sure they say it in a few episode, like Trinity, when he meets people from his old home... but im not 100% sure about that, i havent seen the episode in a while... -Xornok 19:14, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ronon said his first and last name along with his rank in the episode "Runner"

Specialist is also a rank in the united states military. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 162.83.138.179 (talk) 16:36, 13 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Also, in several episodes where one member of the team introduces the others he's always given his full name. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.59.35.11 (talk) 23:42, 27 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ronon

edit

I wonder if his first name is a pun on the word Ronin given his constant wanderings while he was hunted. 216.176.105.92 20:37, 3 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fighting Style

edit

Is there any information about what Ronon's fighting style is? I know that Teyla's style is based on Kali/Eskrima, but I'm not sure if there is any info about Ronon's style. I always thought his fighting style looked a little like Systema or Krav Maga, but that's just my opinion. 70.17.154.240 22:45, 18 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

About the gun

edit

In the flashback of Sateda didn't we see him with a rifle that shot the same energy as his gun? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.217.67.239 (talk) 02:45, 27 January 2007 (UTC).Reply

Girl in final episodes

edit

Who is the girl who is suddenly Ronon's favorite person ever? She stands beside him in the cast portrait pose... —Preceding unsigned comment added by GMULoyaleagle (talkcontribs) 16:55, 10 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

I *think* it's the girl who displayed some kick-boxing skills in a previous episode. There seems to be a sudden romance there in the very last episode (even Sheppard looks confused when they give each other Looks when Ronon is in a hospital bed). --87.83.218.83 (talk) 11:08, 13 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
Her name is Amelia Banks, who more or less replaced Chuck in the fifth series. -- Matthew R Dunn (talk) 13:26, 13 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Character Exposition

edit

Would it be fair to say that Ronon's greatest fear is being alone, and being hunted again? This is seen in the Season 4 Episode Doppleganger... But it isn't stated, it's just inferred, so I don't know how to say something like that accurately... 58.161.67.66 11:41, 5 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

That means you can't say it, unless you can find some one publishing their conclusions on that episode in a citable source. - BalthCat 23:09, 5 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
