Moka-one
editMaybe there should be two sections for Moka-one for her sealed form and one for her true form, as their personalities are drastically different. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.156.131.243 (talk) 18:19, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- In anime it was stated that Lilico is Lamia, not echidna --195.22.191.4 (talk) 19:13, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
- She has her own page now. Moka Akashiya. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:33, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Fanservice
editI don't know about the manga, but the anime series features a large amount of fanservice (nothing too dirty - panty shots, nosebleeds, jiggling breasts, etc.) with a number of such instances in the five episodes I've seen so far. Is this worth specifically mentioning in the article, and if so, how would I work it into the article? 87.112.3.247 (talk) 22:25, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
- There's such a huge increase of inappropriate fanservice that I think it deserves inclusion, but anyone that's a fan of the show can and will make a stink and remove it. I love the manga, but I try to pretend the anime doesn't even exist. Show had a lot of potential, but it's lost in all of the immature and completely uncalled for panty shots. SashaNein (talk) 16:49, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
I realize the last post in this section was five years ago, but in case anyone is still reading here is my take on the fanservice issue. Haven't read the manga, but the anime definitely contains massive amounts of fanservice - upskirt panty shots and jiggling breasts in every episode of the first season (I haven't seen the second season so can't comment on it). Whether fanservice or innuendo is "inappropriate", or not, is irrelevant in an encyclopedia entry, but the sexual element does seem to play a big part in the TV series and might be worth mentioning somewhere in the article. User2346 (talk) 04:50, 26 September 2013 (UTC)
- It can be added to the Reception sections as most of the comments are coming from the articles that review the anime series. I added it briefly in List of Rosario + Vampire characters#Conception as it has to do with character design and portrayal. -AngusWOOF (talk) 02:21, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
- It's detailed in the character reception section now AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:34, 20 April 2015 (UTC)

In the manga, its spell youkai. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.4.242.128 (talk) 02:10, 5 August 2008 (UTC)

Anime Status
editShouldn't the Anime status be changed from Ongoing to complete? Episode 13 does not have any previews at the end. Also Tsukune gets 5kisses instead of the usual 1.
season 2 was aired and compleate after 13 episodes wich left us with a cliff hanger as he gets back the outer version of mako after fighting one of the 3 great deamons (her dad) and ended up winning in a sense. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.24.50.64 (talk) 11:24, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Chapter 40
editI don't think there is a Chapter 40 cause it is nowhere on internet--71.166.150.9 (talk) 17:42, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
Well I'm afraid you would be incorrect, scans for the chapter may not be avalible on the internet but the series first season is 40 chapters long.NobleServent2 (talk) 05:43, 10 June 2008 (UTC)NobleServent2
Chapter 40 is an extra chapter that takes place within the first 5 chapters. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.4.242.128 (talk) 02:08, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
- On the English side, Chapter 40 has since been released in Volume 10 of the manga series by Viz Media. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:44, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Not really frequent
edit"Yukari frequently develops an assortment of bizarre items, often leading to hilarious results or farfetched situations.". I'm sure it's only happened twice in the whole manga (45 chapters, I think), to date at least. I don't think that's frequent.JackorKnave (talk) 02:40, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
- The character description was reworded to remove that. She still crafts items, just not that often. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:46, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Kaneshiro Hokuto
editThis has to be the most obvious play-on-words I've ever seen in a manga. Kenshiro is the main character from Fist of the North Star (Hokuto No Ken in Japanese) who is a master of the martial art known as Hokuto Shinken. Seeing as Fist of the North Star is a huge influence on shonen manga (pre-dating Dragonball, and Kentarou Muira admits to being heavily influenced by it). No actual source for this but there is a wiki-guideline which essentially states that esoteric information that is well known to those who are familiar with it can be added to articles. If there is anyone else out there who agrees, please say so.JackorKnave (talk) 03:08, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
- This is still unsourced. You need to find an article that draws this connection, ideally an interview from the author or the illustrators. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:45, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Newspaper Club members
editShouldn't the four girls from the newspaper club:(Kurumu,Mizori,Ruby, and Youkari) be added to the main character list simply because they have all have been appearing regularly on the show? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.223.81.183 (talk) 19:32, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
Not only in the show, but in the manga aswell. In deason one of the manga they are in every chapter just as frequent as Moka Or Tsukune. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.4.242.128 (talk) 02:11, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
- This was already done. All newspaper club members except for Nekonome and Otonashi (alumna) are in the main characters list. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:38, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Mizore`s Cooking Song
editWhat is the song that is played when Mizore was cooking curry in Capu2 episode 5? 173.32.11.67 (talk) 02:06, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

Character list
editWhy isn't the Bus Driver listed under faculty?
And why isn't Otonashi Sun included in the list? Nevermind that sentence.
Hyper Zergling (talk) 00:29, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
- Both Bus Driver and San are listed. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:38, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Genre
editI thought this was a coming-of-age series since it involve teenagers (and an 11-year old child) and sexual themes together.68.4.46.105 (talk) 01:08, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
- Sexual themes have nothing to do with coming-of-age stories. Coming-of-age stories focus on character development, with the main character or characters taking on "adult" responsibilities or emotionally maturing in some way. The characters in this series, on the other hand, generally act immaturely. Coming-of-age would more aptly describes Kiki's Delivery Service and Spirited Away. But given the level of interpretation needed to define something as coming-of-age, even those need reliable sources stating such. —Farix (t | c) 10:27, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
What about the character Tsukune, throughout the series while in school, he appears as the only one mature among his friends.68.4.46.105 (talk) 22:09, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
- He just sounds like your standard shonen foil character - his main purpose is to make the humorous antics of the other characters stand out that much more. 「ダイノガイ千?!」? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 17:21, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
- As Dinoguy says, what little development Tsukune gets is more to push the harem comedy aspects of the series. You see almost no development in any of the other characters as they all pretty much behave the same way throughout the series. —Farix (t | c) 12:00, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
Also, when kids' hormones act up at a certain age, they begin to have sexual interests, take Ginei Morioka for example, he's a teen, but loves to take pictures of what's underneath girls' skirts.68.4.46.105 (talk) 22:13, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
- More standard shonen harem fare. Name me one harem manga or anime series without pantyshots, and I'll give you a barnstar just for making me eat my words. Hell, it's typical even for adventure shonen series. 「ダイノガイ千?!」? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 17:21, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
- What does hormones and sexual interests have to do with coming-of-age stories? The two aren't related. —Farix (t | c) 12:00, 10 October 2009 (UTC)

Yokai
editWhat is the reason Yokai Academy is written in the article as "Yōkai Academy"? The Viz Media publication (as in the only English publication) spells it without the macron, and following this would be preferred. Spindori (talk) 20:24, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
Character pages
editI've recently started some character pages for Gin, Ruby, Yukari, and Kokoa. Here are the links.
K2NR (talk) 17:38, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- Please don't. Unless a character can establish notability independent of the series they are from, there is no chance for them to stick around as articles. —Farix (t | c) 01:08, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
In the reception section?
editAll of the reviews are only talking about Season II, and some of it is confusing because it doesn't directly say it's referring to Season II in anything except the first few comments. Surely as this is a Wikipedia page on the original entry, that should take priority? I mean, it's a Wikipedia page for Rosario+Vampire, not Rosario+Vampire Season II.
I'm not sure how it works around these parts, though, do whatever you want, I just wanted to point this problem out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.111.255.31 (talk) 10:23, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
