This article is short and without adequate context. It would be better on Wikitionary but it doesn't fit the criteria to be an article. Wikidudeman (talk) 07:00, 23 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

First, length is not a criteria for deletion if the article is readable, notable, useful, etc. Second, context is generally considered to be "the circumstances in which an event occurs; a setting." [1] The context is present, in the first sentence of the article: "Roseus is a Latin word meaning "rosy" or "pink." Perhaps you are right and this doesn't fit the criteria to be an article. Regardless, it certainly does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion. Let's take it is PROD or AfD. By the way, perhaps we could merge to pink. Do you want to merge it to pink? Wikidudeman (talk) 07:16, 23 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
I wouldn't object, but I would like to consult with some third party before we do it. Neutralitytalk 07:17, 23 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Well It looks like you've done it yourself. --Wikidudeman (talk) 07:20, 23 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
