infobox
editDaniel, I added an infobox. You'll want to fill in the appropriate information there, and delete the other table that's there. Wikipedia doesn't allow for HTML tables. If you have any questions, ask me here. Also, the stub tag belongs at the bottom of the page. - Zepheus 02:46, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
This page is starting to look really nice. One point: the teachers don't need to have "=== Mrs. X ===" subheadings. This makes that Table of Contents box really unwieldy. I would suggest changing those to be bold instead, using thre apostrophes: '''Mrs. X'''. - Zepheus 00:03, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
Okay, yeah, I was thinking about changing that. For the time being I had it that way to make the Table of Contents box look longer, but since I've added more headings I don't really need it. Oh, BTW, is there a way to increase the font size to that level without making it a subheading? Thanks --Daniel ellis 17:54, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
- Check out How to edit a page. I would recommend simply using three apostrophes (''') as opposed to making it bigger. Font size changes aren't generally used in Wikipedia. - Zepheus 19:20, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

editAnyone who has resources or information concerning Rosewood or any of its history please post a message here showing your interest and willingness to contribute, or you may drop me a message in mytalk, username Daniel Ellis. Thanks!
I don't know that much, but I'l try and find out what I can and help you out, Daniel. Katami 12:05, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
Okay thanks a lot, be in touch --Daniel ellis 18:42, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
hey this is my first post, i dont know if this will work. anyway the Athlete section looks good. lets ask ppl like mrs green and mrs smith about notable grads, there so old they got to know somthing. i think u should add vollyball to the Athletics section, we are so good at it, should be noted. crossin my fingers about this working ;) daniel farrell
Yeah that's a great idea. Mrs. Greene and Mrs. Joann Smith probably have a lot of info to share. I know what you mean about volleyball, but I think we might have to win a state championship or at least have a huge record before that can be added. Also, be careful if you do edit the main page to spellcheck all of your work. It's not a problem here though, as it's the talk for the page. Good ideas though. --Daniel ellis 00:44, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Clubs
editAm I the only one sitting here thinking the clubs section is really inadequate compared to everything else? Do you guys want me to try and edit it? It probably won't look so great, but it will have some information. - Katami 01:51, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, sure go ahead, I've been really busy lately so I haven't added much recently. I still have more to add in the history and of course in the notable athletes/alumni. As for the clubs section, I have very little information about the clubs. As far as the clubs go, I think they've changed with the times, ie. We've had clubs like the french club, the key club, and others in the past, however, since you seem to probably know more about present school history, by all means add information regarding our clubs, in whatever format you think best. I'll add in some background, if I can find some, regarding previous clubs at RHS. I'm sure you could probably find some good images from our school website or even if you don't, any information you can contribute would be great. Thanks,
--Daniel ellis 02:51, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
Okee dokee! I'll get started on that as soon as I can find the time. --Katami 15:22, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
Update Information
editI reverted back to the previous table listing Rosewood's current info. The table had been partially removed, I'm assuming to add in the current enrollment. Whoever is trying to do so, just add in the total enrollment and the table in full all at once. Post here if you have any questions. Thanks, --Daniel ellis 00:56, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Assistant Principal
editCould anybody please explain why the name Ellis "ah ah students...zzz" Cozart is more appropriate than Ellis Cozart? User:Mysteryman90 seems to think the nickname should remain. I disagree, because I think it is irrelevant to the subject. Jsc83 17:45, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
Athletic Director
editI heard that a student at RHS was recently banned form Wikipedia for changing the athletic director from Coach Daniel Barrow (idk what to.) It is correct that coach barrow has left RHS and is now at Southern Alamance high school. I think it is stupid and illogical to ban somebody for making a perfectly reasonable edit. He told me that mods kept changing it back to Daniel barrow, as I said, it is not Daniel barrow so plz leave it as it is now. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Daniel farrell (talk • contribs).
- Hi there, I believe you are referring to the user Mysteryman90 and his edits. I can see that it was this edit that first removed the name Daniel Barrow as the athletic director. I reverted this, and several other edits, to the article because of the addition of some nonsense text relating to the assistant principal. The user was unwilling to discuss this addition at all. (Note the section above this one)
- You should understand that this user was not blocked for changing the athletics director, but for other harmful edits, including but not limited to attacking me on my user talk page. You can see many examples here. And for the record, I am not a 'mod' or an 'admin'. Jsc83 17:41, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
- Ok thank you. Just so I can call you the right thing next time, what are you if you are not a mod or admin? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.190.175.18 (talk) 00:35, 27 April 2007 (UTC).
- Just a normal user. That's the great thing about Wikipedia, anybody can edit pretty much anything, including 'reverting' vandalism. Normal users can warn other people and report them, but cannot block them - that's reserved for the admins. Jsc83 10:11, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
RHS Track
editWanted to add some pics of the Men's Track team as they went undefeated this year. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Falcofire (talk • contribs).
- Hi, if you'd like to upload some pictures, please feel free using the 'Upload File' link in the menus at the left side of the screen. Once you've done that, post the filenames here and someone will add them to the article. Thanks for wanting to contribute! Jsc83 17:47, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
here it is

- I've added the image to the article, which by the way, is no longer protected. Feel free to caption it better, or whatever you like in order to improve the article. Jsc83 18:22, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
Mrs. Satterfield
edithey Daniel, Mrs. Margy Satterfield is my next door neighbor, if u care I can ask her about the exact date that she stopped teaching. daniel Farrell 00:09, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
Principals
editIs a list of past principals really noteworthy and important enough for an encyclopedia? This would be the first school I've seen on this site to have a list like that. There might be others, but I haven't seen on yet. I think it should be removed because this article is too long for a subject like a public high school that is not historically significant. Also, thanks to User:Edward321 for finding a balance in the edits I did in the history section...and to what User:Falcofire took upon himself to do this morning. For those who wrote the history section, I'm not being a jerk, but using adverbs such as "astoundingly," "remarkably," and saying "above and beyond" are Wikipedia:Words to avoid It's POV. BTW, if you read Falcofire's talk history, you'll see he keeps removing references of him being warned not to pose as an administrator. So if he claims to be one in regards to a dispute on this article, or any other, kindly remind him of that. Thanks. --AgnosticPreachersKid (talk) 16:05, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
First of all, I have never "claimed to be an admin". That would be absurd, I just like making my userpage pleasant to look at. Secondly why would a history of a school's principals not be relevent to an article specifically about that school. This is ridiculous.

Notice the change and what is says. now that really is ridiculous. also, a list of every single principal is not necessary unless one or more of the principals is well-known or significant in some manner. --AgnosticPreachersKid (talk) 22:38, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
Ok there are many articles on wikipedia that don't have what you would deem "significance". However, this is an online encylcopedia. This is an article pertaining to a legitimate school and therefore a history of the school's key administrative staff is entirely relevant.
Falcofire (talk) 14:46, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Did you go to this school? I'll wait to get some other people's opinions on this matter in the next few weeks...no response to the fact i caught you lying?--AgnosticPreachersKid (talk) 17:38, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Vandalism
editYou may want to protect this page as I have a strong urge to vanadalize it. --EWHS Grad 2002 12.192.132.130 (talk) 22:35, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
