This was a hard decision. We have peer reviewed papers on the one hand and lack of WP:RS coverage on the other. Considering WP:ACADEME I decided to grant this article its place in the main namespace in order to have further eyes on it Fiddle Faddle 13:55, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

This article is to a very large extent a word-by-word copy of the text and figures from its Reference [1], which is under copyright by IoP Publishing. I do not think this is good practice and in accordance with Wikipedia rules. In my opinion, the article should either be completely rewritten or deleted.
