Is this the actual building where the first Disco ball was described? A quote from an 1897 edition of the "Electrical Worker" on a Tribute to the Mirrorball website [1] states a "mirrored ball" was illuminated by a carbon Arc lamp for the Third Annual Ball at "Roughaus Hall". However, I can't find anything on a "Roughaus Hall" in Charlestown, Boston and this building (according to the Charlestown Historical Society website [2] was finished the year before that edition was supposedly published. The Tribute website does not cite a reference for the quote. Thoughts?
