I have tried to clean this article up but it still has a number of weaknesses. I have removed "See also" links that are merely repeats of links already there. I have used all the external links as references, but more references are needed. This article, in particular, needs some independent sources, not just Scouting sources. Is the Motor Sport noticed by others? I have followed the pattern of Scouting in Victoria, which is NOT about the Scouts Australia Branch alone, but about all Scouting in the State. I have therefore tried to take note that there may be Rovers from Scouting organisations other than Scouts Australia. I am leaving the merge debate open for now. Those who started this article need to come forward and comment and improve the article. --Bduke(Discussion)07:53, 23 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
