Rowland Hill → Rowland Hill (disambiguation) – Vast majority of incoming links are for the postal reformer. Despite me being the proposer, this is controversial to me, as I was born in Kidderminster (home to the postal reformer) but grew up in Shropshire (home to various Viscounts Hill, many notable military men). However a quick glance at Special:WhatLinksHere/Rowland_Hill reveals that the vast, vast majority of links are for the postal reformer. It is clear to me that the postal reformer is the Primary Topic as per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Therefore it is with heavy heart that I conclude that this page should be renamed Rowland Hill (disambiguation) and the vanilla name should redirect to the postal reformer. We should also add a hatnote to Rowland Hill (postal reformer) along the lines of "Rowland Hill redirects here. This page is about the postal reformer. For other people named Rowland Hill, see Rowland Hill (disambiguation)." Andrew Oakley (talk) 14:57, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
