I am going to revamp the article to look and feel more like the Air Command (Canada) article. That means a major cleanup will proceed step by step. ThePointblank 02:55, 4 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

JAS Photo

edit

The JAS 39 Gripen photo in the article is actually a Swedish Air Force plane. You can see the symbol for the SAF on the side. Arkaska (talk) 21:01, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Aerial Nationalism: a History of Aviation in Thailand

edit

Review: Young, Edward M; Peter Rogers, reviewer (July 1997). "Aerial Nationalism: a History of Aviation in Thailand" (PDF). Journal of the Siam Society. JSS Vol. 85.0 (digital). Siam Heritage Trust: Reviews pp. 202-206. Retrieved March 17, 2013. Edward M Young's Aerial Nationalism brings us a fascinating, comprehensive and scholarly account of how these developments took place in Thailand.{{cite journal}}: CS1 maint: year (link)

This free-to-download review gives some information from the book. I won't be able to get it, but it would be an excellent source for anyone who can lay hands on it. —Pawyilee (talk) 13:51, 7 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Augmentation of Royal Lao Air Force

edit

An important part of Thai Air Force combat history is its B Team augmentation of the RLAF during the Vietnam War. The Thai Air Force not only supplied T-28 pilots to the RLAF, but also maintained RLAF aircraft and generally supported the RLAF effort. Cited info in the RLAF article could be used to develop this article.
