I am asking for the same review as the above 16 November 2019 request, because I believe my earlier request did not follow the proper protocol.
Information to be added or removed: The original text of the article created long ago and not maintained by the creator, had be in full replaced with the current content which also contains the information found in the original. This has all been done by randy000 w/o professional assistance. Explanation of issue: I'd appreciate someone reviewing this article and providing any needed feedback -- and then enabling the finalization of the article.

edit- The edit request review process is for before the information is added to an article, not after.
- Additionally, if the COI editor receives, or expects to receive, compensation for any contribution they make, they must disclose their employer, client, and affiliation to comply with Wikipedia's terms of use and the policy on paid editing.
