editThis page reads like ad copy, which should be banned from wikipedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.51.165.170 (talk) 19:28, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
What specifically are you referring to? Other wise your comments could be considered subjectively biased. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.154.255.198 (talk) 17:03, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
The last three paragraphs look as if they were taken by someone from the company from an ad or something similar. It's quite obviously biased. --Scottdills (talk) 20:18, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
Need depth and detail
editThe article has very little sources or depth in content. This might be because rue is a private company and releases little about the company but much more detail and sources is needed.
Some comments regarding the current article: There is no need for (R) after every fragrance name, this may be evidence that an employee wrote the article or the article is copy and pasted from another source. Is there also a need for info like this "The company rue21 inc. which opts to not use capital letters in its name"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.146.58.231 (talk) 20:39, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
Loss of historical material
editWow. Just looking at this page's history, it looks like it has suffered more than its fair share of spam and revert wars. I noticed something, though. In the midst of all those changes, some very helpful historical material was lost (I hope inadvertently), including the identity of "Mr. Klein." Here is the paragraph, last included in the version from August 2, 2009:
- "Mr. Fisch took the helm of Pennsylvania Fashions Inc., in July 2001 from retiring CEO Cary Klein, who inherited the post from his father while helping to grow the business to about 250 stores.[3] At that time the two major brands of Pennsylvania Fashions were rue21 and the $9.99 Stock Room, both low-priced apparel concepts.[4]"
Perhaps someone more involved with this article (spammers need not apply) could fit this info back in somewhere?RNavigator (talk) 04:45, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
