Name of the southern portion
editI'm a bit unsure about what the southern part of this RM is actually called. One of the three articles that were moved/redirected here was called Kelsey (Carrot Valley), and that form is also used on e.g. Google Maps. However, this document published by the Manitoban government mentions an area known as "Carrot River Valley (Pasquia Settlement)", and also treats Young's Point, Big Eddy and Umperville settlements, and Ralls Island as two additional areas. This map (PDF) is fairly detailed but doesn't say where these settlements are located. Anybody out there that could clarify things? //Essin (talk) 22:02, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
