Taro Iwashiro

There's not a single mention of Taro Iwashiro's work in this article. He composed the "Requiem for the Ishin Shishi" (RK movie ost) - tracks that were latter added to the TV series. maybe not entirely fictional ?

From [1], 2019: "... reverse blade sword...for the longest time, this was nothing more than a legend... recently in Chiro City (in the Chiba Prefecture of Japan), a sword with dragon carvings was discovered in an old family storage shelter ... the sword that was found was only 11 inches, and the blade itself was only 8.6 inches, so it really counts more as a kogatana than a full katana, but it does have the reverse blade aspect, which is unheard of in anything the size of a kogatana. Short tanto (dagger) blades like the kubikiri have also been designed with a reverse blade, and used in Japanese history, but they were extremely rare, and usually did not have a point. Split proposal

Since the article has enough content and coverage of the anime TV series, including production, reception and more, it think that it would be a good idea to make another article about the anime. What do you think about it?. - Xexerss (talk) 04:56, 6 April 2021 (UTC)

• Split Sure. If there is enough content for at least 20 kb, an anime article would be solid. Then again the production is Watsuki's point of view rather than the director or writer's comments.Tintor2 (talk) 11:43, 6 April 2021 (UTC)

@Xexerss: Might count as forking but it might be too hard on its current state. I mean, the only soundtrack article I have ever seen in animanga is List of Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle albums but the user who created it added a bunch of important content about the composer.

@Xexerss: By the way, I'm surprised the original anime film doesn't have an article. I'd create it but I don't remember a thing about it (I think I was barely a teen back then...)Tintor2 (talk) 22:35, 2 June 2021 (UTC)

Cover for the infobox

I've been talking with Xexerss about the most suitable cover for the infobox. While I like the one currently used, I feel it would be better to use one where the characters have their eyes open. Shueisha offers:

There are other versions of the same cover but the format is not vertical but instead horizontal, making it harder to recognize. Any ideas? Tintor2 (talk) 22:39, 18 August 2023 (UTC)

I think either tankobon cover would be appropriate. I don't mind the current Volume 28 cover, but if you think the Volume 1 works better, I won't contest it. GhostStalker (Got a present for ya! / Mission Log) 03:37, 22 August 2023 (UTC)

The issue that I have with the first volume cover of the digital release (as I stated on my talk page before) is that it doesn't include the Jump Comics imprint logo, and the fact that obviously it's not the cover of the first edition, which is preferred by WP:BOOKS. The cover image of the second volume, featuring the four lead characters, seems appropriate to me [2] (although I don't have issues with the current 28th volume cover).
