The reference to Manhattanization feels like inappropriate editorializing. The Manhattanization article itself says it’s a pejorative. I live in San Francisco and I personally think that the addition of other buildings has been a positive development. I can’t seem any reason for the addition of other buildings to be cast in negative terms (which is not to disparage Manhattan, an excellent place). A reasonable edit might be, “Due to the construction of other skyscrapers nearby, …” 173.73.28.8 (talk) 04:47, 9 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
