I'm a big fan of DW Deutsch Welle television news broadcase free here in California and elsewhere. Russia Today just came on about a month ago. I wonder is there is any link between Russia Today and Deutsch Welle. Both are on the same channel, both have a similar format. Did DW help RT get started? Any money from the German Government to Russia fot RT as a friendly gesture? Any information on a DW/RT link would be appreciated.
