@Ceyockey: Actually, Azhiev is very much notable; however, one does find most content on him under his nom de guerre Abdul Hakim Shishani. Academics have written articles about him, including a biography at Jamestown Foundation (it's behind a paywall, but here is the link: [1]); for another example, see the articles by a regional expert on him here.
