Murphy Ranch
editThe vast majority (if not the entirty of) the section "Murphy Ranch" is directly lifted from the LA Times article here. Is anyone willing to properly source it/rewrite it? Montecarlocars (talk) 08:08, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
Santa Monica Canyon
editThis article conflates Santa Monica Canyon and Rustic Canyon, which are distinct both as neighborhoods and actual canyons. Both of the canyons are completely within the city limits of Los Angeles; Santa Monica (the city) stops at the southern rim of Santa Monica canyon.
This article should be moved to Santa Monica Canyon and a separate article should be spun-off for Rustic Canyon.
As for zip codes, the exact opposite of what the article states is true: both of these canyons lie within 90402 and have Santa Monica addresses. This is, in fact, one of their defining features: they are the only place within the city limits of LA with SM addresses.Armandtanzarian 03:29, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
Hillside development
editI removed a large block of information here because it was added by a source with a WP:Conflict of interest and did not have any WP:Reliable WP:Secondary sources. If you disagree, just tell why below and we can all talk about ways of restoring this information. Thank you. BeenAroundAWhile (talk) 02:16, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
