A nice start to this bio. Please fix the following:

Use inline citations
Refer to the subject as "Dogget Terzaghi" not "Ruth" per our Manual of Style
Make the lead describe her work more, less about her husband.
Early life and Education sections are partly duplicating info
Later life section is a misnomer, starts in her twenties!
Anything on her life after the 40s?
This needs a copyedit, e.g. 20's should be 20s.
The picture is going to get deleted from Wikimedia Commons, you can't take images off the web that aren't "free", e.g. Creative Commons License or public domain.
