Post-AfD discussion
editAs the recent AfD is now closed and my proposal to split the article wasn't discussed enough to achieve consensus, I'm reviving it here.
From the closer's statement:
Teratix's proposal to "out-source" the coverage here to articles about the books would also deserve serious consideration as it'd address both Wikipedia's scope to catalogue encyclopedic topics and BLP issues; it just didn't receive enough discussion here to be deemed the consensus.
My original comment:
Is it possible the article's subject could be switched to Maness's book Cyber War Versus Cyber Realities? I think that would be a good compromise since that seems to be his most notable work and it passes the first criterion of WP:NBOOK.
