The result of the move request was: move the page, per evidence of English-language usage and the discussion below. Dekimasuよ! 00:30, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
Count Alexander Karolyi → Sándor Károlyi – Correct spelling of his name. The article itself is not orphan, there are several red links of Sándor Károlyi in other articles. --Relisted. Dekimasuよ! 06:13, 16 October 2014 (UTC) --178.164.233.114 (talk) 11:53, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

- Oppose Article was created based on a request on the MHist project page.....no problem moving it. auntieruth (talk) 16:05, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
- Changed my support to oppose.
- Support Hungarian. And the 'count' is not needed. In ictu oculi (talk) 20:07, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose The fact that he was Hungarian does not matter. What matter is that the most common way to refer to him in English, which is "Count Alexander Karolyi". Bobby Martnen (talk) 15:53, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
- Comment I don't think that. GB results for Sándor Károlyi and Alexander Karolyi. Furthermore most of the latter results were 19th century or early 20th century works (e.g. [1]). --77.234.87.226 (talk) 18:13, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
- Ok, he's a notable figure, not question. User 77.234.87.226, would you please sign into your account? It's difficult to discuss anything with a user who is anonymous. This is how it works on some others: Baron Paul Kray of Krajova and Topolya (German: Paul Freiherr Kray von Krajova und Topola; Hungarian: Krajovai és Topolyai báró Kray Pál; February 5, 1735, - January 19, 1804) was a Hungarian soldier who joined the Austrian Army during the French Revolutionary Wars.
Until this is resolved, I have created a redirect page. auntieruth (talk) 19:24, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
- The example of Pál Kray is irrelevant here; "Sándor Károlyi" is more common in English-language publications than "Alexander Karolyi". Please, consider the above links. I haven't got any account, because I don't want to create new articles, thus I don't need to register. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.21.62.146 (talk) 19:57, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

- Support - The common name in this case does not seem to be the Anglicized version.--Yaksar (let's chat) 16:23, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
