• Shouldn't Jorabagan be linked to the club article.
• That second sentence is way too long and should be split into at least two sentences.
• ...Chandra Sen, and Aurobinda Ghosh - No comma before "and" please.
• ...have won numerous titles in Indian Football. - How many titles. Also football shouldn't be capalized.
• ...in 1996 and is the only club to play all seasons till date, - Reference should be at the end of this section.
• ...have won the National Football League thrice - three times not thirce.
• ...and became runners up 7 times - MOS:NUMBERS as it should be seven not 7.
• ...Federation Cup 8 times - Same as the previous one.

General

• Why is their two infoboxes in here when there should be only one.
• This is just in general but why is it in footballbox format as MOS:ACCESS is broken here as it really should be in a table format.

AFC Club ranking

• Why is this the first section you see after the lead as most of the other good articles that are similar in this topic have this as one of the last sections.

Major appearances/Participation record

• Why are these two in separate sections overall as they can easily be together instead of being apart.

Statistics

• Missing references here to the overall stats and also the fact that hat-tricks isn't really needed here either.

Asian tournaments

• Why is it there are some tournaments that are referenced while others aren't.
• Also because of the fact that you have done it tournament by tournament means some sections can only be one sentence while others are a full paragraph long.

Other International Tournaments

• Why is needed as now you are going into too much detail of tournaments outside of the confederation tournaments. We only need the Asian competitions and maybe the ASEAN Club Championship if needed there but otherwise these can be deleted.

References

• Reference 7 (the one about famous performances against foreign clubs) is in the wrong format as it just the link. Also is that really notable enough there.

Overall thoughts

• This needs a lot of work to get it up to a GA standard. I would suggest looking at these particular GA articles of roughly the same topic to understand what I want from it: Athletic Bilbao in European football, Manchester City F.C. in international football, NK Maribor in European football
