• No DABs, one external link needs minor correction.
  • Fixed.
• Link light cruiser in the lede, commerce raider, (gun) shield.
  • Done.
• Tell the reader that triple-expansion engines were steam engines.
  • Added.
• Was she a light cruiser or a protected cruiser? The armored deck makes me think of the latter.
  • The situation is somewhat confused because the Germans didn't use that terminology - they only had grosse and klein cruisers. Conway's and Groener both call her a light cruiser. If anything, she would probably be best described as a light (or 2nd class) protected cruiser. Since neither of those are things, it's probably best to stick to "light cruiser".
• Make sure to use a colon for all your times.
  • I think there was just the one, unless I missed another.
