Ship's commander was not shot, but the executive officer

edit

The following sentences in the article are wrong: "An enlisted man shot the ship's commander in the head, badly injuring him." "...four men were executed, including the sailor who had shot Sankt Georg's commander" The source given: Halpern, Cattaro mutiny p. 48–50. But Halpern's article in Bell’s and Elleman’s book starts on p. 54. On p. 59 Halpern writes that the Executive officer (in Austrian German: Gesamtdetailoffizier, GDO) was shot in the head and severely wounded. Plaschka writes that the commander of St. George was narrowly missed. de:Richard Georg Plaschka: Cattaro - Prag. While they [four people] went against aft, the corvette captain Zipperer, who had rushed on deck in the meantime, went towards them, and shouted something to them, whereupon they fired one or two shots at him, so that the same fell to the ground severely injured. At another page: Also the ship commander Frgt. Kpt. von Huber had hurried on deck; there Ujdur shot him from ambush, but missing him.)

Ship's commander was frigate captain Huber Edler von Scheibenhain.
