Fair use rationale for Image:SMTH 20050428.png
editImage:SMTH 20050428.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Breakdowns caused by the unstable file system
editSMTH BBS has been suffering a sort of breakdowns these weeks. According to the explanations from the operation committee, the main server of the BBS has the file system, an instance of reiserfs, broken several times due to its internal defects. A stand-by server was switched to the domain name of the BBS replacing the malfunctioned main server after each breakdown for catering enthusiastic users who could not be without this BBS. However, there is only data about accounts and boards in the stand-by server, but neither posts nor extraction articles were transfered to the stand-by server beforehand. So that the committee denominated the temporary service a "doodling site", that is, crappy posts are allowed but no post will be copied back to the main server after recovery.
At night of 31th March, yet another failure hit the main server and the operation committee realized that repairing the main server is not easy. So that some posts in the main server were replicated to the stand-by server on boards respectively, and the name of the temporary service has been changed to a "temporary site". Doodling become prohibited in boards that has been restored with the replication, and users are used to staying on this temporary site as staying on the original one.
