If the statement: Jänckendorf was noted for following the traditional rules of “cruiser warfare,” letting his targets be evacuated before sinking them.
Then why does featured article on the Deinsk state: Dwinsk was torpedoed by U-151 about 400 miles (640 km) from Bermuda.[2] After the ship sank, U-151 remained in the area, using the survivors in seven lifeboats as a lure in order to try and sink additional Allied ships.[1] Given that 22 men died whilst being watched by U-151 this would make Jänckendorf a war criminal. Yet this article makes him out to be an honorable warrior of the old school?!?!57.67.164.37 (talk) 13:30, 25 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
