Thanks for noticing. I agree partly with the remark and the author should be cited clearly in the notes. "An Evaluation of the Effectiveness of SNTI, an Integrated Shipboard Communications System, for Use Aboard U. S. Navy Surface Combatants by G. Bartlett ,Farrell, Lieutenant, United States Navy, B. A. , College of the Holy Cross, in March 1986" Is that possible to do it now in citing the source or shall I redo all my page again and cite him? Thanks for your light and I'll do accordingly. - What I'd suggest is that you rewrite the article, it lifts entire sentences from the work I pointed out to you - while this work is publicly available, that doesn't mean it is acceptable to reuse it word-for-word. You should rewrite it in your own words, using quotes from reliable sources as appropriate, to ensure that this article is substantially different from the work you've copied it from. Ideally you should perform this rewrite by copying the article to your Sandbox, working on it there and then submitting it for review once you're finished.
