It would be better if the sentence read " Because it is naturally positively buoyant, the SP350 is weighted......

I am not aware of any emergency breathing apparatus that can be used at 330 feet. The complications of managing the partial pressure of O2 would be too difficult. What has SP 350 to do with SP 300?
