This article lacks notability. I am proposing it for deletion.

- I couldn't disagree more. This case, heard by the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday, affects the Constitutional right of property owners to build a home on their land, as well as the Due Process rights of property owners to go to court and sue the EPA when the agency issues a "Compliance Order" prohibiting development on land that the EPA, in its sole discretion, deems to be "wetlands". This is an important property-rights case. Captain Quirk (talk) 11:06, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
- I agree with Captain Quirk. It's an important case and a basic Google search would show numerous news articles indicating notability. Of course, in case this article were nominated for deletion via WP:AFD, I am fairly certain it would result in a speedy keep. But why go through the trouble? I encourage anyone who reads this to help improve all U.S. Supreme Court case articles (check out Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Supreme Court cases).--Cdogsimmons (talk) 01:05, 4 May 2012 (UTC)

Infobox
editI've added the SCOTUS infobox but I'm not sure about some of the finer details such as the citation numbers, so I've left it hidden until I can find those. However, if someone else wants to fill them in, go right ahead. --Kevin W./Talk•CFB uniforms/Talk 01:47, 22 March 2012 (UTC)
