Reference to Muhammad by his name
editIt will help if we can uniformly refer to Muhammad by name in the article; there are non-Muslim readers who may not immediately understand who "the prophet of Islam" is. For clarification purposes. Foreignshore (talk) 00:39, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
- @Foreignshore: Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for the clarification. --Mhhossein talk 18:41, 24 December 2016 (UTC)
Etymology
editThe word "almsgiving" that is used as a translation in parenthesis is not supported in the wikipedia article that is linked in for tsedaka. Interestingly enough, if you transliterate the word according to its alphabetic transliteration, you do get S d Q . See http://www.jewfaq.org/tzedakah.htm and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsade (which notes the relation between the Hebrew letter and the Arabic Ṣād ص).
