Constitutional challenge update

To the anonymous Ottawan, unfortunately your correction was 5 years out of date. While J. Babe did rule the SSA valid in 2001, as reported by the CBC link you included, that decision was appealed as R. v. Banks to the Superior Court of Ontario in 2002. The ruling by J. Dambrot wasn't issued until 2005. (The CBC didn't report it.) J. Laskin of the Ontario Court of Appeal granted leave to appeal later that year and the ruling should be released soon (this autumn). J.
