About the name
editI've noticed the qualified name of this school was changed, and the change reverted. I have suggested at Wikipedia talk:Schools#Sidetrack: School article names, we have a friendly discussion, and vote on a final rule for schools in general, to avoid name reverts. --rob 03:41, 7 November 2005 (UTC)
About the "Matriculation" section that was removed
editI think now that's its removed, it should stay removed. It really doesn't say much. If there was one main high schools kids went to after, I would definately name it, but listing so many gives no practical information. (I'm going by the assumption that getting admitted into a high school is as easy in Saratoga as it is in Calgary, as we're not talking about going from a High School into Harvard or Yale here). --rob 07:36, 7 November 2005 (UTC)
- As someone who went through the process at the school across the street from St Andrew's, Sacred Heart School, Saratoga, California, I can assure you that the process is not any more interesting or different then it is in Calgary. Students from both schools go to dozens of different highschools. None any more so then the other, it's mainly based on their and their parent's desires.Gateman1997 07:45, 7 November 2005 (UTC)
- Yes, that's what I kind of thought (I was being a wee bit rhetorical). It's a little like a preschool article telling us which elementary schools kids attend next. You're removal was correct, and I didn't really doubt it. --rob 07:49, 7 November 2005 (UTC)
I will be adding the Matriculation data back to our article. Admittance to area private high schools is highly competitive. One of the many questions prospective parents ask is what schools do your graduates attend? We have an excellent matriculation record. And I mean no offense, but our process is different than the school across the street. Lrobinson27 (talk) 18:38, 17 September 2010 (UTC)
How do I cite my experience?
editI was a student at this school for 3 years so I know much about it. How do I cite that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by AlexChien4963 (talk • contribs) 07:52, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
Help Needed
editHow do you upload images? I have a lot of pics of the school. I really want to know. I already tried the tutorials but they did not work. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.103.129.126 (talk) 16:24, 25 August 2012 (UTC)
I uploaded images by going to Toolbox (on the left) --> Upload file. Then you have to put a link to that file in the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AlexChien4963 (talk • contribs) 03:43, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
