Lead
edit- The Daily Mail citation should be removed per Wikipedia:DAILYMAIL as it is an banned source
Background
edit- Wikilink opening to the 2012 Summer Olympics opening ceremony and closing to the 2012 Summer Olympics closing ceremony
- You use Saint Kitts and Nevis and St. Kitts and Nevis throughout the article. Only one of these should be used for consistency
Athletics
edit- All mentions of"100 m" and its variants need to be spelt as for example "100 metres" in the prose
- "He was disqualified during the semifinals heat." - Is there any information available to state why he was disqualified? Was it a false start?
- "which was not high enough to advance to the next round" - change to which was not fast enough to advance them to the next round
- "and it was announced July 29 that she would not compete" - reword to and it was announced on July 29 that she would not compete
- Wikilink the World Anti-Doping Agency
- "While the drug is not listed as prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency, it falls into the category of veterinary medicine and is therefore prohibited." - repition of prohibited
References
edit- The reflist needs to have a colwidth set at 30em
- The publishers of the citations need to be wikilinked where possible
- Remove the external links section as it is not appropriate to have just solely the navbox inside of it
Can see the GA potential in this but it will be put on hold until all of the above points have been actioned. MWright96 (talk) 13:52, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
- @MWright96: I have made an attempt to address all of your concerns, let me know if I missed anything or if you have any replies to anything I noticed above. Thanks! Kees08 (Talk) 07:22, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
- @Kees08: With regards to the DSQ claim, I couldn't find anything to say what Adams did to warrant himself disqualification in his event. Nevertheless, this article is now at GA class. MWright96 (talk) 16:42, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
