But the Website owners have allowed the reproduction of their material on wikipedia. They own the copyright and the wikipedia article was duely shown to them before publishing.

The process for verifying that is, as explained at your talk page and the article's front, to be found at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Please be advised, however, that frequently content copied directly from a subject's website is inappropriate for Wikipedia, as we have a different purpose than their official website.
