Is it fair to say "she collapsed"? Perhaps it would be more objective to say "she appeared to collapse" given that there still remains conjecture as to whether she "gave up" or collapsed due to some kind of fatigue or medical reasoning.
Well placed for bronze?
editI can't find footage, but my recolection was that the team was being swamped by the field well before the incident - it seems fairly subjective to say they were well placed for bronze 500 meters from the line.
