Someone please help. There's so many redundant lines that need reorganized, countless instances of things with both Spanish and English versions of names given (often with inconsistent diacritics,) and I don't pedia the wikis. I don't know the standards. But I know this can't be up to snuff!
We've got too many references to the Juárez-El Paso metro as El Paso del Norte and Ciudad Juárez. We've got many references to Carretera Federal 45 without links. We've got so many cases of bilingual notations that I know we have to have a more graceful and consistent way to note than "El Paso del Norte (The Pass of the North)" every other line (notwithstanding that "North Pass" would be a more natural translation.) We've got far too many cases of bilingual notations that are just "foo (bar)" instead of anything more graceful. A quick look at a better-stewarded page featuring something with different names across many languages uses the {{efn}} system.
Greater reorganization of the entire article could be fruitful, as well, but I can't concentrate on shaping the forest when there's so many malformed trees.
